On March 31, 2023, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry made a positive final ruling on China’s anti-circumvention investigation of polyester high-elastic yarn, ruling that the product involved in the case in China had changed its description, name or ingredients to circumvent the current anti-dumping duties.
