Malaysia launches anti-dumping investigation into PET from China, India and South Korea

On June 17, the Malaysian Ministry of Trade and Industry decided to launch a dumping investigation into polyethylene terephthalate (Polyethylene Terephthalate) products from China, Indonesia and South Korea, in response to the application of the domestic industry. According to Malaysia’s anti-dumping investigation procedures, the Ministry of Trade and Industry will make a preliminary ruling within 120 days from the date of filing the case. Interested parties can request the anti-dumping questionnaire from the Ministry of Trade and Industry before June 30, and submit answers or comments before July 15.
