-China’s export of silk products

According to data from the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, from January to March, my country’s total exports of silk products were 46.0779 million items/pieces/set, with an export value of US$357.082 million, a year-on-year decrease of 17.03%. The top five markets by export volume are the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Germany, and Italy. Their market shares are: 36.92%, 10.97%, 6.98%, 4.9%, and 4.22%. The top six provinces and cities in terms of export volume are: Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Sichuan. The exports of the five provinces and cities accounted for 86.27% of the total exports. Sichuan Province exported 2.7559 million pieces/pieces/sets of silk products, a year-on-year decrease of 23.99%. The export value was US$11.487 million, a year-on-year decrease of 23.99%, accounting for 3.22%.
