According to the provisions of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, on February 6, 2013, the Ministry of Commerce issued Annual Announcement No. 10, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into imported pulp originating from the United States, Canada and Brazil.
In view of the complexity of this case, in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce decided to extend the investigation period of this case by two months, that is, the deadline is April 6, 2014.
