According to the Wall Street Journal: Italian luxury brand Brunello Cucinelli said its preliminary operating income in 2013 was 322.5 million euros, a year-on-year surge of 15.4%, mainly due to strong sales growth in the Chinese market.
The company is famous for producing and selling expensive Italian-made cashmere products, priced at more than 2,000 euros. Sales in Greater China surged 50% year-on-year in 2013 to 15.7 million euros.
