Recently, a survey by financial services company KPMG and the British Retail Consortium (BRC) found that British e-commerce continued to grow in 2013. Among them, the fastest growing is clothing products. The transaction volume of online clothing shopping accounted for almost 1/4 of all clothing transactions in 2013. At the beginning of last year, clothes sold through e-commerce only accounted for 1/5 of all clothing transactions. Additionally, sales of health and beauty products have grown significantly.

From the end of November 2012 to the end of November 2013, e-commerce grew by 16% in the UK retail sector, accounting for 1/5 of all sales of goods other than food, with November having the best sales. Looking at sales in the UK in the fourth quarter of 2013, retail sales increased by 2.8%, of which 1.6% came from online sales.
