The meeting held exchanges and discussions on the latest research results, production processes, development trends, application and promotion methods of new natural bamboo fiber textile materials. The participating companies reached a consensus on further leveraging their respective advantages and jointly building the bamboo fiber industry to achieve a complete industrial chain of “pulp-fiber-yarn-end textiles”.
In 2020, the municipal government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Textile Research Institute and Provincial Textile Holdings to establish a technical alliance for the integration of lyocell fiber and bamboo pulp fiber projects. At present, Qingshan Paper has become the only manufacturer in the country that produces new bamboo fiber textile materials, and is also the only domestic manufacturer of new natural moso bamboo fiber textile materials that has achieved large-scale production.
At present, our city is leveraging its resource advantages and planning to use 1,050 acres of land in the North District of Qingshan Paper to build a green circular economy industrial park with the green fiber pulp fiber project as the core. The park already has post-processing projects such as Fores lignin (sodium sulfonate) extraction, Zhenxin high-end household paper, and Sanxian special paper settled in the park. It is recruiting paper products and textile new material companies from surrounding areas and inside and outside the province to improve the front and rear. Supporting the end-to-end industrial chain, extending the industrial chain, amplifying the agglomeration effect, and realizing a virtuous cycle of investment attraction, chain replenishment, and chain development, the annual output value is expected to exceed 10 billion yuan.
