On October 25, 2022, Health Canada announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s clothing.
This product recall involves SpiritSignatureCollection children’s magical unicorn costumes with model numbers 01413376 or 01413368.
The product may be sold without fixing screws to keep the battery box closed. The button batteries in the battery box may be easily accessible, posing a risk of suffocation or ingestion to young children. Danger. Products sold with the supplied screws are not affected.
The recalled products were sold in Canada from August 2022 to October 2022, with approximately 2 units sold.
As of October 19, 2022, there are no reports of accidents or casualties.
Health Canada recommends that you immediately stop using this product and keep it out of the reach of children. Contact SpiritHalloween to obtain screws to secure the battery box.
