Good thickness control of SBR embossing determines the minimum value between the quality of the product and the recognized error. So how to set the thickness? In the traditional sense, the compression ratio is to increase by 1mm, but in real life, would it be enough to increase the compression ratio by 1mm? First of all, it depends on whether the SBR embossing is bare SBR material or with cloth.
1. If it is SBR body embossing and common coarse embossing, how to set the thickness? First, increase or decrease the estimated thickness according to the hardness of the sbr material. For example: when using SBR10-13 degree to produce SBR embossing, the top and bottom will be hard and the middle will be soft. To reach the standard thickness, we must pay attention when we split the slices. When splitting the upper and lower surfaces, just use the thickness you need + 0.7mm-0.8mm; when splitting to the soft part in the middle, you need Between the required thickness + 1mm-1.1mm, the thickness pressed out in this way is the thickness you want. The thickness of the finished product will have a standard tolerance of plus or minus 0.3mm, which is a normal error.
2. If it is pressed with cloth, there are two types. The first type requires the customer to be very three-dimensional, so the required thickness must be added between 1mm and 1.2mm; if pressed normally If there are no lines, then you only need to add 0.8-1mm.
3. If it is SBR embossed skin (smooth skin), because the skin is relatively hard, it is difficult to press it down. For the three-dimensional effect, the thickness should be set at +0.5-0.7 mm.
