Repair patchTPU film
Repair patch is an essential accessory for inflatable products.
To prepare for temporary repairs after product leakage or damage.
The requirements for the TPU film used in the repair patch are as follows:
1. Yellow resistance level 4 or above.
2. Single-sided frosting. Smooth and wrinkle-free.
3. Your product name & specifications: 3F-S1795E1 T01 0.15mm*1200mm.
4. Comply with the European standard 6P standard (6P generally refers to: diisooctyl phthalate (DEHP) dibutyl phthalate (DBP) butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) Diisononyl phthalate (DINP) diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP) dioctyl phthalate (DNOP))
5. Hardness: 95 Shore A.
6. Easy to glue. (No degumming after 20 times of adhesion)
The optical grade TPU films produced by 3F Chemical Industry include the following types:
1. Double-sided PET protective film, with yellowing resistance level 4 in the middle. The above 0.15mm ultra-transparent crystal-free polyester TPU film.
2. Double-sided PET protective film, sandwiched with a 0.2mm ultra-transparent crystal-free polyester TPU film with a yellowing resistance of level 4 or above.
3. Double-sided PET protective film, sandwiched with non-yellowing 0.15mm ultra-transparent aliphatic TPU film without crystal points.
4. Double-sided PET protective film, sandwiched with non-yellowing 0.2mm ultra-transparent aliphatic TPU film without crystal points.
