TPU materials unveiled
The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) department will exhibit innovative TPU materials at this year’s Chinaplas. Innovative TPU materials are suitable for many different daily necessities to improve their production efficiency and performance. The main products include:
· TPU products for the wire and cable industry – IROGRAN® A78P4766 and IROGRAN® A89P5012DP: have excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent flame retardancy, easy processing and color matching, and are ideal for power cable applications. Ideal material for charging cables for various electric and hybrid vehicles.
· TPU products for waterproof jackets – IROGRAN® PS455-218, IROGRAN® PS 456-202 and IROGRAN® CA116-201 : Designed specifically for outerwear products, it has excellent weather resistance, tear resistance and soft touch, helping apparel manufacturers develop waterproof, durable and extremely comfortable fabrics.
·TPU products for casual shoes – AVALON® 65AB and IROGRAN® A65 P4324N: have good surface effect, high wear resistance, excellent flexibility, and have excellent anti-slip and hydrolysis resistance It is an ideal shoe outsole material and is widely welcomed by casual shoe manufacturers around the world.
· TPU products for training shoes and other casual shoes – AVALON® 90 AHT and AVALON® 95 AHT: Highly transparent TPU materials , has excellent UV resistance and yellowing resistance, and is an essential material for sports shoes and training shoes (usually with decorative parts). In addition, it has good wear resistance and scratch resistance, and is easy to match.
· TPU products for food and beverage processing and conveying equipment – IROGRAN® A 85 P 4394 FCM, IROGRAN® A 80 P 5039 FCM, IROGRAN® A 85 E 4993 FCM, IROGRAN® A 92 E 5670 FCM and IROGRAN® A 92 P 4637 FCM: Food contact grade TPU can be extruded into various pipes, belts and films, suitable for various food processing plants, packaging plants and supermarkets. Food contact grade TPU is easy to process, quite stable during the manufacturing process, has excellent physical properties, good water resistance, and is easy to clean. In addition, food contact grade TPU products have good low-temperature flexibility and are suitable for use in low-temperature storage environments.
· TPU products for the elevator manufacturing industry – IROGRAN® A95P5044 and AVALON® 95AB: strong and durable, ideal for belts and drive belts Material, suitable for elevators in high-rise buildings. In addition, it also has the characteristics of low wear, excellent shock absorption, good fatigue resistance and weather resistance.
· TPU products for the automotive industry – IROGRAN® A92P4637 and IROGRAN® A85P4394: have excellent weather resistance and heat resistance, are easy to process, and are used in automotive anti-lock braking systems (ABS) Ideal product.
