Delhi market quotations remain stable, and buyers purchase as needed. Traders and textile mills tried to increase yarn prices, but the market was not supportive. A trader from Delhi said export demand has dropped again and buyers are buying only for immediate consumption. Local demand is also scarce. 30 count worsted yarn is trading at Rs 375-380 per kg (excluding GST), 40 count worsted yarn is trading at Rs 415-420 per kg, 30 count worsted yarn is trading at Rs 340-345 per kg, 40 count Woolen yarn is trading at Rs 375-380 per kg.

Panipat recycled yarn trading sentiment was weak. Prices of recycled yarns with higher counts fell by as much as Rs 10 per kilogram compared to last week. In the Panipat market, the price of 30-count recycled yarn fell by Rs 10 to Rs 160-165 per kg (excluding GST). Prices rose last week but were unable to sustain due to lack of buying demand. In Rajasthan, cotton is sold at Rs 96,000-98,000 per kandi (356 kg).
