On July 13, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an announcement to make a final anti-dumping ruling on narrow webbing with selvedges originating in mainland China and Taiwan (see table below). According to the final anti-dumping ruling results, the U.S. Department of Commerce The Department will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection to impose a bond on the products involved.
According to relevant legal procedures, the U.S. International Trade Commission will make a final anti-dumping industry injury ruling on the case on August 25, 2010. If the ruling is affirmative, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping tax order for the products involved.
On August 6, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping investigation into narrow-width webbing with selvedges originating in mainland China and Taiwan, and conducted a countervailing investigation into narrow-width webbing with selvedges from mainland China. The products involved The customs codes are 58063210.20, 58063210.30, 58063210.50 and 58063210.60. On February 18, 2010, the US Department of Commerce made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the case, ruling that the dumping margin of the Chinese mainland enterprises involved was 0-231.4%.
