On February 16, 2022, the U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) implemented a recall of silk scarves produced in China.

The recalled product is SAACHI’s 100% silk scarf. The product is pink, approximately 75 inches long and 27.5 inches wide, with “SAACHI” printed on the front and “100% silk, DryCleanOnly, Made in China” printed on the back on the side seam label.

The product does not meet the flammability standards for clothing and textiles and may cause burns to consumers.

The recalled products were sold in the United States from November 2020 to September 2021. About 200 pieces were sold, priced at about US$40.

So far, 207 reports of front wheels cracking or breaking have been received, and there have been no reports of casualties.

The U.S. Consumer Safety Commission (CPSC) recommends that consumers should stop using the product immediately and contact In-Things Corporation for a free replacement or a full refund.
