Tonglu County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province recently held a printing and dyeing enterprise sharing seminar. Representatives of relevant enterprises exchanged and discussed the path to improve digital intelligence.
At the meeting, Du Shaoqiang, a digital transformation expert and senior solution architect of Hangzhou Huansi Yunlian Technology Co., Ltd., provided solutions from five aspects: enterprise financial supply chain management, production management, MES+ on-site optimization, smart factory, and enterprise-level industrial Internet platform. Printing and Dyeing Industry Enterprise representatives explained in detail the implementation path of digital transformation of printing and dyeing enterprises, and actively communicated and discussed with representatives of each enterprise.
The relevant person in charge of the Tonglu County Economic and Information Bureau said that as a key link in the textile industry, improving the quality and efficiency of the printing and dyeing industry is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of the industry. Tonglu County Economic and Information Bureau will use the printing and dyeing industry as an entry point to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of core processes through smart manufacturing case sharing, on-site inspections, exchanges and learning, and help the overall improvement of the textile industry.
In the next step, Tonglu County Economic and Information Bureau will bring together Hangzhou Zhihui Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Huansi Yunlian Technology Co., Ltd. to cooperate to explore the development model of organized manufacturing in the textile industry, and discuss issues such as supply chain connection and order-driven aspects. The industrial Internet platform of the textile industry undergoes iterative upgrades to deeply empower industrial development.
