Today, the cotton market price is changing rapidly. Accurately grasping the processing progress is extremely important to speed up the acquisition and do a good job in sales. Therefore, using a more effective, more accurate, faster, less expensive and easy-to-master method to complete the automatic collection, reporting and generation of code order data has become an indispensable part for ginners and cotton and linen companies to improve their business quality. .
(1) Basic composition
The basic composition of this reporting system is mainly divided into two parts: the processing plant and the cotton and linen company (cotton and linen station). The processing plant part includes an IC card data collector placed in the workshop directly connected to the electronic scale and a computer running the code order report program placed in the cotton inspection room. The cotton and linen company part is mainly a computer running a remote reporting program. The two parts realize remote data transmission through the telephone network, and its working diagram is shown in Figure 6-12.
