On the morning of May 18, the launch ceremony of Minmin Shazai Industrial Park in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone was held in Minmin Street Shazai Industrial Park. The first batch of three projects started intensively, with a total planned demolition area of 83 acres. Shazai Industrial Cluster is located in the north of Minzhong Street, Torch District, across a river from Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone. The total planned area is more than 11,000 acres, and the area has been developed About 5,000 acres. As the city’s largest comprehensive chemical industry cluster, the Shazai Industrial Park, established in 2002, carries the memory of people’s development. However, as problems such as serious pollution emissions, lagging supporting facilities, and low output efficiency become increasingly prominent, the park is in urgent need of transformation. Upgrade and create a new path of breaking and building simultaneously.

◆Su TebaoNew Material Project
With a total investment of 100 million yuan, we plan to cooperate to build a high-tech enterprise integrating flame retardant research and development, testing and production. After the project is completed, the annual output value is expected to reach 450 million yuan;
◆Shenzhen Visual Technology Project
With a total investment of 350 million yuan, the old sewage treatment plant will be transformed and a high-end display equipment production line will be introduced. It is expected to achieve an annual industrial output value of 1 billion yuan;
◆Jinying Textile Printing and Dyeing (Production Capacity Integration) Project
After the project is completed, the first batch of 10 scattered textile printing and dyeing enterprises will move into the project to achieve centralized production and centralized project management. After the project reaches full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 150 million yuan. At the same time, through the integration of printing and dyeing production capacity, more than 60 acres of industrial land can be released.
According to reports, the start of demolition of the first three projects in the park is a continuation of the hot scene of “industrial reform” in the Torch Development Zone. Since October 9, 2021, the Torch Development Zone held a mobilization meeting for the district’s contiguous “industrial-to-industrial” mobilization meeting. In half a year, the district has launched five batches of renovation and upgrading projects for low-efficiency industrial parks in villages and towns, running out of “Industrial reform” is accelerating.
