The Kyrgyzstan State Tax Service stated that the tag code was generated from the Russian information system and issued by Alpha Communications within the framework of operator information exchange.
In order to obtain the GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) label code, manufacturers and exporters must first join the Kyrgyz Article Numbering Association GS1Kyrgyzstan, and then sign an agreement with Alpha Communications Company Contract for the provision of labeling and coding services to textile goods.
The following light industrial goods require label codes when exporting to Russia: leather or recycled leather clothing with a customs code of 420310000; knitted or crocheted goods with a customs code of 6106 Women’s and girls’ shirts, etc.; men’s and women’s down cold-proof jackets with customs codes of 6201 and 6202, etc.; fabric products for bed, dining table, toilet and kitchen with customs code of 6302.
