On February 23, 2022, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make its second decision on Narrow Woven Ribbons with Woven Selvedge imported from China. The anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review has made a final and affirmative ruling on industry harm. The second anti-dumping sunset review has made a final and affirmative ruling on industry harm for narrow-width webbing with selvage edges in Taiwan, China. It ruled that if the anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on the products involved are cancelled, the substantial damage caused by the products involved to the domestic industry in the United States will continue or reoccur within a reasonably foreseeable period. In this ruling, all five members voted in the affirmative. According to the affirmative ruling of the U.S. International Trade Commission, the United States will continue to impose anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on the products involved in the case from China, and impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case from Taiwan, China.
