On February 5, 2009, the Dumping and Subsidy Investigation Committee of the Peruvian National Competition and Intellectual Property Protection Agency issued Resolution No. 2009-17, based on the application of Peruvian Tecnologia Textil Co., Ltd., on plain weave fabrics originating in China (tariffs No. 52101100, 52102100, 52103100, 55121100, 55121900, 55131100, 55132100, 52081100, 52081200, 52082100, 52082200, 52083100, 5208.3200) for anti-dumping investigation .

Description of the products involved: 1. Natural color, bleached or dyed; 2. 100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester-cotton blend 50/50 and cotton greater than 50%; 3. Width less than 1.80 meters; 4. Weight under 60 -200g/m2.

This resolution has been published in the official newspaper “Peruvian”, and interested parties have 6 months (can be extended by one month) to submit relevant comments and evidence (in Spanish) after its publication.
