EU conducts sampling review on anti-dumping of Chinese leather shoes and boots

On November 4, 2008, the European Commission conducted a sampling review for the anti-dumping sunset review of Chinese leather shoes and boots. Seven companies were selected, namely: Yue Yuen Industrial Ltd. , Guangzhou Panyu Pegasus Footwear, Guangdong Huajian Industrial Co. Ltd., General Footwear Ltd./Genfort Shoes Ltd., Zhejiang Zhejiang Aokang Shoes Co. Ltd., Foshan City Nahai Golden Step Industrial Co. Ltd., Jiangle Footwear Industrial Co. ).

On October 3, 2008, the EU launched an anti-dumping sunset review investigation into leather shoes and boots originating in China. 60 companies in China responded to the lawsuit.
