Chinese clothing accounts for a considerable proportion in Vietnam

According to Vietnam’s Saigon Liberation Newspaper, Chinese clothing accounts for 20-80% of clothing counters in retail supermarkets such as Co.opmart, Maximart, and Citimart in Vietnam. In other specialty stores, the proportion of underwear, pajamas, and sportswear produced in China is 25-50%, and women’s clothing is 40-50%. Jeans, T-shirts, knitted products, and thin jackets account for more than 60% of the market. In fashion stores in Districts 5, 6, 10, 11 and Tan Binh District of Ho Chi Minh City, Chinese clothing accounts for 30-40%.
