Yesterday, the Changshu Textile and Garment Industry Party Building Alliance was established. The alliance will build a bridge and platform for dialogue and exchange, information exchange, resource sharing, and complementary advantages through party building and joint construction, and promote the transformation, upgrading, and innovative development of Changshu’s textile and apparel industry. On the same day, Bosideng’s “Vibrant Pioneer Academy” was unveiled.
This year, Changshu will build the “354” industry “Begonia Fortress” system as an important carrier for party building work to serve the development of the industry. As one of Changshu’s three pillar industries, textile and clothing is an important support for stabilizing Changshu’s economic base. The establishment of the Changshu Textile and Garment Industry Party Building Alliance has brought together many outstanding textile and garment enterprises in the city, realizing the transformation of each enterprise from “individual operations” to “team improvement.” Member units will insist on complementing each other’s advantages and promote joint construction of organizations; insist on resource interconnection and promote co-organizing of activities; insist on information exchange and promote joint discussion of work; insist on cultivating mutual assistance and promote joint education of talents; insist on mutual sharing of services and promote joint development. Gao Dekang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Bosideng Group, serves as Chairman of the Changshu Textile and Garment Industry Party Building Alliance.

On the same day, Bosideng’s “Vibrant Pioneer Academy” was unveiled. The college includes teaching resources such as the “Dengfeng” Corporate Culture Center, the “Leading” Party Building Center, Bosideng Business School, Model Worker Innovation Studio, etc. It has a faculty of pioneer leaders, famous party teachers, industry experts, etc., and can undertake various branch secretary education and training Activities such as lectures and forums, visits and surveys have further broadened the work connotation and service radius of Changshu City’s “One Center and Five Colleges” pioneer position.
