How to connect the smoke barrier fireproof cloth?

How to connect the smoke barrier fireproof cloth?
1. Docking installation process
1. After installing the smoke barrier in a specific area, comprehensively check the solidity, neatness, ventilation, etc. of the smoke barrier;
2. First cut the strips into fixed sizes and drill holes.
3. Cut the smoke-blocking hanging wall cloth into the same length as the batten, then use the batten to fix the smoke-shielding hanging wall cloth and tighten it with screws.
4. Place the fireproof cloth directly under the batten and tighten it with screws at the opening. The upper part of the fireproof cloth is fixed with angle irons on the top of the building, and the lower part is fixed with expansion bolt angle irons on the wall or pole above anything else;
5. The overlapping size of the fireproof cloth at each angle iron is ≥60mm, and the upper and lower edges should be kept in reverse. The purpose is to fix the rear smoke barrier wall and make it airtight; when choosing fireproof sealing, it should be made of galvanized flat steel or angle iron. In the form of a frame, use holes for anchor bolts to fix it, and tighten the protective pad nuts at a distance of 150mm;
6. Fix the processed smoke barrier to the required installation area, and then check whether there is any looseness.
2. Precautions
1. Cut the fireproof cloth into the required specifications for each grade;.
2. If there is no requirement, we can position the 90cm, graded longitudinal and upper and lower angle irons according to the requirements of the drawings for welding.
3. When fireproof safety is used to plug leaks, each size should be made of steel with a 15 cm spacing. The bolts on the holes should be fixed, and then the protective pad nuts on both sides should be tightened.
4. When installing the fireproof cloth, ensure that it overlaps at each angle iron, and the overlap specification is ≥ 6cm.
5. When fixing the fireproof cloth, use 0.2cm thick steel plate as the decorative strip.
6. The upper angle iron of the fireproof cloth is directly fixed on the top of the building, and the lower part is fixed on the walls or poles on both sides.
7. Tighten the decorative strips with lattices spaced 12 cm apart.
