AveryDennisonFastenerSolutions has developed a new range of sustainable clothing label fasteners made from recycled plastic bottles and used carpets.

Ecotach collection is designed to meet the needs of environmentally conscious clothing retailers, brand enthusiasts and consumers who want to reduce their environmental footprint, and is also made from virgin materials Compared with the fasteners, they still retain similar functions.

Polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) fasteners made from recycled materials, consisting of at least 90% recycled plastic bottles and made from recycled materials Polyamide (rPA) fasteners made from at least 70% post-consumer waste from recycled carpets.

EcotachrPA fasteners have been certified by SCS Global Services, a third-party certification for post-consumer waste, allowing brands and retailers to promote this product line to consumers.
