Baku REPORT.AZ reported that on April 6, Azerbaijani President Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban attended the opening ceremony of Azerbaijan’s new medical mask factory. The plant is located in the Sumgait Chemical Industry Park and was funded by Baku Textile Co., Ltd.
The medical mask factory is designed to produce 120,000 medical masks per day that meet ISO international standards. In the first half month of production, it can meet 30-40% of Azerbaijan’s mask demand. The masks produced at the factory will go on sale next week.
