The Turkmenistan National News Agency reported on November 3 that in the week from October 28 to November 3, 15 contracts were registered at the Turkmenistan National Commodity Raw Materials Exchange.
In terms of foreign exchange transactions, Afghan buyers purchase base oil from the Turkmenbashi Petroleum Processing Complex, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, China, Turkey, Armenia, and Uzbekistan Buyers from Stan, Kyrgyzstan, and Pakistan purchased colorless flat glass, cotton yarn, cotton fabrics, and licorice root tea drinks, with a total contract value of more than 2.796 million US dollars.
In terms of local currency transactions, buyers from Russia and Pakistan purchased cotton yarn with a contract amount of more than 5.536 million manats.
In the domestic market, domestic companies in Turkmenistan purchased cotton fiber, with a transaction volume of more than 785,000 manats.
