On August 7, 2019, the United States Office of Trade Negotiations (USTR) announced the product exclusion announcement under the $200 billion list of goods subject to additional tariffs. This exclusion involves a total of 10 products. , 15 applications. Since September 24, 2018, as part of the Section 301 investigation, the USTR has imposed additional tariffs on Chinese goods with an annual trade volume of approximately US$200 billion. The USTR was subsequently revised in May 2019, which included a decision to establish a product exclusion process. The USTR initiated the exclusion process in June 2019, with stakeholders submitting requests to exclude specific products. This notice has released some product exclusion lists, and we will continue to announce the exclusion lists that will be decided in the future.
