The machine has two adjustable parts. One is by adjusting the position of the lint support plate, the cross-sectional area at the turning point of the lint road can be adjusted, thereby changing the wind speed of the lint at the turning point and controlling the removal of impurities. The adjustment range here is 30~50mm, under normal circumstances, it is fixed at 40mm, that is, the middle position is ideal; the other adjustable part is to adjust the size of the debris discharge slot through the adjustment handle, and the adjustment range is 15~40mm. Depending on the grade of lint, the optimal size of the opening of the trash discharge slot is also different. The user can adjust it at any time according to the different grades of lint to achieve the most ideal trash discharge effect.

The airflow (centrifugal) lint cleaning machine has no moving parts that affect cotton fibers, so it is the only lint cleaning machine that does not cause damage to cotton fibers.
