The American Rams humidification and cotton collection system is shown in Figure 10-6. The cleaned lint enters the lint collecting cage and forms a blanket-like layer or cotton ball. The lint humidifying dust cage is designed to allow moisture to flip inside. The lint is humidified in the lint collecting cage, and the hot moisture is used for heating. Lint runners with insulating outer layer. It then penetrates into the lint of the lint collection cage, which is transported by a centrifugal fan. The dry hot air flow (to prevent condensation), which is also used for the cotton collection roller and the doffing device, is directed through a hot air flow valve on a humidifier and another centrifugal fan.
