(Zhejiang Jinyuan Flax Co., Ltd.), Zhejiang Kingdom Linen Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Kingdom Linen Co., Ltd.) are all 2.42 US dollars/kg, Yixing Sunshine Linen Textile Co., Ltd. (Yixing Sunshine Linen Textile Co., Ltd.) is US$2.29/kg, and other Chinese manufacturers/exporters are US$4.83/kg. This case involves products under Indian customs codes 5306, 53061090, 53062010, 53062090, and 53061010.
On February 7, 2018, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the Indian domestic enterprise JayaShreeTextiles, linen yarn originating in or imported from China Conduct anti-dumping investigations online. On September 18, 2018, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on the case.
